Comfortable Stay with Welcoming Staff

During my month-long stay, the staff truly made me feel at home. Jessica and Phyllis were always ready to help, ensuring my needs were met. If you can, try to get one of the updated rooms. Be aware of possible noise from the highway.

i had a good stay here, and the amenities actually exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit in macon. the staff was friendly and very helpful, making my overnight stay pleasant and stress-free. everything was clean and the location was convenient, with restaurants and shopping just nearby.

During my stay at Woodspring Suites Macon West I-475, I appreciated the convenient kitchenette which allowed me to prepare meals easily. The staff were helpful and friendly, making my time there feel welcoming and comfortable.

Checking in felt more like waiting for a starship to refuel. I had to wait an hour before my room was ready and even then, it wasn't properly cleaned. The Wi-Fi setup was frustrating, with a single free device, which is a pain when traveling. Plus, the elevator had a smell that rivaled a Wookiee in a bad mood, and I spotted some cockroaches scuttling around. Considering the price, the lack of pest control and the carpet instead of hardwood were a letdown, especially when the online pictures showed a much different setting. Honestly, a little TLC for the rooms would go a long way.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the nice kitchen in the room and the quick check-in process. I loved chilling out at the inviting pool and the quiet lounge area, which was perfect for unwinding. The only small downside was that the elevator could've been cleaner, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

Had a comfy night in a clean and spacious room. The staff was super friendly and helped with all my questions, which was nice. The kitchenette was handy for some snacks. Just wish they had a better breakfast selection. All in all, a solid spot for a night or two.

Macon's got some tasty bites nearby! Hit up Subway for a quick fix or dive into New China Buffet for some all-you-can-eat goodness. Plus, the kitchenette in my room was a lifesaver for late-night snacks! Also, major props for being close to shopping spots.

the room was comfy with air conditioning, private bathroom, and well-equipped kitchen featuring a microwave and refrigerator. had nice amenities like a shower and a cozy seating area. staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in super easy. location is great, right off the highway, and close to restaurants and shops.
